Using the Teamviewer free version is always limited to the number of connections. When the number of connections reached limit, you will get an error "Trial version expired", "Your trial period has expired!" then you cannot use Teamviewer.

1. Teamviewer setup: 

- Windows 64 bits: run program C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\rClientID.exe
- Windows 32 bits: run program C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\rClientID.exe

2. Teamviewer Portable: run program Teamviewer\rClientID.exe
